If you cancel or need to change a scheduled practice or game, please email scheduling@lakesathletics.org or complete the form below and add a comment with cancellation details. This will allow other teams to have the ability to practice on our fields.
A submission of this request DOES NOT MEAN THE RESERVATION IS PLACED. You must receive confirmation in order for the reservation to have been successful. Please give 24 hrs for a reservation to be completed.
