Winter 2026 5U/6U Tee-Ball/Coach Pitch - Winter 2026

NEW OFFERING- Our Indoor 5U/6U league is the perfect first step into the world of Lakes Baseball for the beginner, as well as an opportunity for a player that has played over the past spring, summer or fall to polish their skills and continue to grow over the winter and have fun and remain active while doing so. This will be a fast-paced tee-ball and coach pitch offering that will focus on fundamentals, baserunning and hitting, all while developing character, sportsmanship and love of the game.

During games, players will be offered a few coach pitches before a batting tee is brought out.

Potential outdoor practices could be scheduled in March at different times depending on weather conditions and at coach's discretion/availability.

Teams will be coached by Lakes volunteer coaches. Registration fee includes a Lakes dri-fit t-shirt. Spaces are VERY limited as we can only field two teams.

Frequently Asked Questions

When are the games and practices?: Practices will be Wednesdays from 5-5:30 and games 5:30-6:30 for the duration of the season. There may be one Saturday afternoon practice scheduled at the coach's discretion.

What are the 5U/6U Rules: Rule Highlights: - coaches pitch to players, tee used after 5 pitches - fundamental infield, throwing and hitting taught - coaches in field for instruction - every player bats every inning

Who is my Coach?: Coaches will be assigned and contact parents before the game schedule.

What is the refund policy?: Refund requests will receive up to a 100% refund less fees incurred by LAA including but not limited to processing, equipment, vendor, partner, handling, and other service charges. Within 7 days of the start of the program, any refund requests will receive credit towards a spring registration.
