2026 Lakes Summer Baseball Academy
Based on our successful and popular Lakes Spring Training program, this is an opportunity for our house players age 6 to 9 to build on their skill set in an easy to fit into your schedule summer format - Sunday afternoons 4:30-6:30 PM. Held at our satellite fields at Carrie Janowski Park in the village of Milford, Lakes Summer Baseball Academy will be a two-hour long clinic held on Sunday late afternoons that will include a 60-minute station based practice in fielding, hitting and throwing followed by 60 minutes of game-based reps in a coach pitch format. Players will be organized by skill level and age.
This clinic is a great bridge between our spring and our summer or fall house seasons.
4 initial sessions are scheduled (6/28**, 8/16, 8/23, 9/4), and space is limited. The Friday 9/4 clinic will be more of a camp format from 10 AM to 1 PM on Hickory Glen Park field 4

Lakes Summer Baseball Academy will be coached by some of our popular volunteer house program coaches.

- How do I pay for the event?:
The fee for the player will be collected at the time of registration.- When is the clinic?:
The training sessions are June 22nd, June 29th, August 10th and August 17th, 2025. Training starts at 4:30 PM, check-in begins at 4:10pm. Sessions end between 6:30 and 7 PM. Each week is a separate session with separate registration.- Where will the clinic be held?:
The clinic will be held at Carrie Janowski Park in Milford. The address is 301 Peters Rd. Janowski Park has bathrooms, parking and seating.- What will my child need for the clinic?:
Bat, helmet, glove, batting gloves (if they use them), and water bottle. Players should wear cleats for this clinic.- What if it rains?:
Just like Lakes games, we would conduct the clinic in a light shower. Should there be severe weather or a heavier rain that causes the clinic to not be able to run, all participants would be credited their registration fee to use on a future Lakes season or clinic.- What is the refund policy?:
More than two weeks prior to the clinic beginning, registrants would have the choice of 95% refund to their original payment method or 100% credit towards a future Lakes registration.
Within two weeks of clinic beginning, 100% credit towards a future Lakes registration. Credits issued for cancellations within 48 hours of clinic are subject to approval by Lakes board.
